We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Red Light Pro UK. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

before sending any items back. We will provide instructions and a return address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info.rltliverpool@gmail.com
with photos and a description of the issue.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
